Privacy notice — draft for professional review.

The data controller is the organisation named below. Its final legal name and postal address must be supplied before launch.

We collect account identifiers, contact details, application answers, profile details, referral relationships, plan participation, attendance and no-show records, safety reports, and account administration records.

We use this information to operate membership, review applications, show the member directory, organise plans, enforce capacity and trust rules, investigate safety concerns, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Active members can see the profile details listed in the people directory. Guests cannot access the directory. Application answers and confidential safety records are limited to authorised stewards and administrators; a reporter can see their own report.

Referral and attendance records are retained to preserve introductions, capacity, safety and direct co-attendance history. Rejected application answers, deletion requests, and safety or legal records follow the retention periods configured below.

You may request access, correction, or a portable export of your personal data, and may request account deletion. Some safety, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained after profile deletion where necessary.

Infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, and optional email providers process data only to run the service. Their final identities and processing terms must be documented before launch.

There is no behavioural advertising, automated matching, recommendation ranking, or solely automated admission decision. Applications are decided by people.
